Meet Falcon Motors: The Garage That Protects Humanity

When most people hear the words auto repair shop, they picture the familiar sounds of impact wrenches, the scent of motor oil, and someone trying to figure out why the check engine light came on.

Falcon Motors certainly has all of that.

But after dark, it becomes something else entirely.

In the world of The Falcon Motor Witches, Falcon Motors is more than a business. It’s a sanctuary. A gathering place. A front line in a war most people don’t even know is being fought.

Behind its garage doors, engines are repaired, coffee is shared, strategies are debated, and humanity is quietly protected by people willing to sacrifice everything for strangers who will never know their names.

I wanted Falcon Motors to feel like a character in its own right.

Growing up, I’ve always believed that certain places seem to collect stories. Old diners. Small-town libraries. Family kitchens. The kind of places where generations leave pieces of themselves behind. Falcon Motors became that place for my characters—a home built not just from concrete and steel, but from loyalty, friendship, and hope.

It is where Ursula Songweaver’s centuries of wisdom meets Morgan’s quiet brilliance. It’s where Vivian’s laughter echoes through the shop, even when darkness presses in. It’s where Maximus Falcon shoulders impossible responsibilities while pretending everything is under control.

The garage reminds us that heroes don’t always wear armor.

Sometimes they wear grease-stained work shirts.

Sometimes they carry spellbooks beside socket wrenches.

Sometimes they save the world one ordinary day at a time.

One of my favorite things about writing this series is blending the everyday with the extraordinary. Magic doesn’t exist in some distant castle or hidden kingdom. It exists beside familiar roads, in family businesses, under fluorescent shop lights, and within people who simply refuse to give up.

Perhaps that’s why Falcon Motors feels so real to me.

It’s not just where adventures begin.

It’s where people come home.

Thank you for stepping into this world with me. Whether you’re reading the series for the first time or returning for another visit, there’s always a light on inside Falcon Motors—and another story waiting just beyond the garage door.
